Actual packaging or appearance may vary slightly from photographs. Tea flavour, aroma, colour, and brewing results may vary depending on preparation and personal preference.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Shipping Charges
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes, discounts, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed as applicable at checkout.
Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping, subject to the shipping conditions displayed at checkout.
If a genuine pricing or listing error occurs, we will take reasonable steps to resolve it lawfully and contact affected customers where necessary.
5. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you submit a request to purchase the selected products.
An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted or dispatched.
We may need to reject or cancel an order because of stock unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or delivery limitations. If payment has been collected for an order that is cancelled, any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

6. Payments and Cash on Delivery
Available payment methods will be shown at checkout and may include online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).

7. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver across India to serviceable PIN codes. Shiprocket will be used for shipping arrangements, together with the courier partners available for the relevant shipment.
The estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days after dispatch, subject to location, courier service, and unforeseen delays. Actual delivery estimates displayed for a specific order should also be considered.

Sandigo Tea generally does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal taste preferences, or incorrect product selection by the customer.
